Helpful, knowledgeable, proactive assistance...

Mike asked my preferences of what I was looking for. Then he came up with a list to show me. I put offers on some then changed my mind. I thought Mike would be mad but he understood. Mike continued to show me places that were my preference. As soon as I decided on a home I liked Mike assisted to put offer on it. Mike took times on his days off to show me places I wanted to see. Aggressive of putting offer I requested, kind, forgiving of me changing my mind— is how I would describe Mike. He is the absolute best. High level of professionalism...

After 23 years military service, my husband and I finally were able to search for our ‘forever home’. Micheal Grubbs helped us not only find a home, but one that exceeded what we had spent so long dreaming about. With a high level of professionalism and knowledge of the area, as well as extreme reliability, Micheal helped us find our home. After finding it, and falling in love with it, Michael then went above and beyond in the negotiation process and getting what was needed to suffice a VA loan. Honesty, professionalism and kindness...

I contacted Michael after finding the property on Zillow. We were the first to call about the property and the showing was scheduled for that following week. A few days Michael called to ask us to view sooner, he had another party interested also. He felt it only fair that we have first shot at the home because we called first. At this point we had not found our own realtor. Michael offered us any assistance we might need if we decided this was the place. We viewed the unit that weekend and made and made an offer on the spot. There was a but drama with the transaction NONE of which was his fault; he however was there for us with his unlimited resource and network of contacts to help in any way that he could. Michael's honesty, professionalism and kindness as an agent and a person shows through in his every interaction. Highly recommend.
